If you are lucky enough to see an available home for sale in Cascades, act quickly. This residential community on the south end of Myrtle Beach is highly desired because of the wonderful, friendly atmosphere, curb appeal of the homes, large lots and easy access to all the Grand Strand has to offer. The HOA fees are low, approx $50 per month but you should know the community does not have a pool; the adjoining neighborhood (Courtyard at Cascades) has a pool and you can pay a small fee yearly to be a member.
In Cascades, you'll see a variety of models originally constructed in the early 2000s. Today, the trees originally planted are large and offer plentiful shade. Most lots back up to a lake and some lots are large enough for private pools. Homes here range in size and offer 3-4 bedrooms with 2 car garages and large driveways to fit all your vehicles.
