2.Persistence – Never give Up. Top Producers keep moving forward even when it is tough because they are confident that they will soon prevail.

3.Efficiency – Top Producers know how to maximize the return out of everything they do.

4.Logical – Top Producers see things the way they are versus how they want them to be.

5.Discipline – Having the power to do what you’re supposed to do, when you are supposed to do it because you know you are supposed to do it.

6.A Sense of Humor- Top Producers can laugh at themselves daily.

7.Patience – Top Producers understand that major changes takes time. Anything that can be done in a day is probably not that big of a deal.

8.Make Decisions Quickly – Top Producers are decisive. They know what they want and can identify what will get them there. You must Act Quick.

9.Energy – Top Producers work on creating energy through daily workouts both physically and mentally.

10.Opened Minded – Top Producers are open to new ideas. They listen to suggestions and act on the one’s that will help their business.

11.Courageous – Top Producers face their fears head on. They understand that fear is only negative if you use it as an excuse to quit.
